Super reliable, always message ahead if there will be any changes & often fit us in at a new time or assign a different staff member if unplanned leave pops up (our previous cleaner would just cancel). They do qualify assurance checks. Staff are all lovely. Our cleaner is efficient, has great attention to detail. She even does nice little things like folding the end of the toilet paper or remaking our bed so it looks nicer highly recommended.

Carol’s Cleaning Services Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated residential and commercial cleaning service provider based in Hillsborough, NSW.

Founded by Carol, a former Family Daycare provider, and Brendan, a former member of the Australian Federal Police, the business began when the couple moved their family back to Lake Macquarie from the Central Coast.
