We are a dedicated and detailed domestic and commercial cleaning service. Whatever you need to keep your home running like a well-oiled machine, and your workplace spick and span, we can help.

We can provide regular weekly or fortnightly cleans, one-off ‘deep’ cleans, end of lease cleans, a full commercial service and so much more. Whatever your needs, contact the team to get a comprehensive quote.

When you book our service, we’ll agree a suitable day and time. Our cleaners are known for their reliability so, in the event that life throws a spanner in the works, you can be assured of transparent communication and a swift resolution.

Our office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. However, in the event of an emergency or an unexpected event, we can always be contacted on 0434 212 861.

We provide all equipment and cleaning products – with an emphasis on low and no-tox options. If you have particular requirements, please let us know.

Our core service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Top-to-toe dusting, including skirting boards, door frames, window sills and horizontal surfaces
  • Damp dust of dining tables and chairs
  • Ceiling fans cleaned
  • Bathrooms, including showers, baths, basins, taps/fixtures, mirrors and vanities
  • Toilets cleaned and sanitised
  • Kitchens, including front of all cupboard doors, stove top, outside of oven and microwave, sink, taps and countertops
  • Rubbish taken out
  • Vacuuming of all hard and soft floors
  • Mopping of all hard floors

If you want to add an oven clean, windows or anything else to your regular service, please just contact the office to let us know.

Yes! Unless your usual cleaner is on leave, in which case we’ll make alternative arrangements, so you don’t miss out.

We rigorously and routinely audit our cleans to ensure a consistently high standard. However, if there’s anything you’re less than happy with, we want to know about it. Get in touch with the team to discuss, and we’ll make sure we find a resolution.

If surfaces are covered in clutter or floors are covered in laundry or toys, it may be difficult for us to provide the quality cleaning service you seek. That’s why we suggest a light tidy, but please don’t feel you need to clean for your cleaner!! 

We’re happy to move portable furniture, like light tables and chairs, but unfortunately we’re not in a position to move heavier items such as lounges and beds.

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, and our team members are comprehensively vetted before they set foot in your home or office.

We can skip a clean or, if preferred, leave us a key and we can sparklarise while you’re away to make your return to reality a little more pleasant. If you want to cancel/skip then please refer to the cancellation policy we will provide when you book.
